1. Your rights
I2I Academy offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access, use and display the content of this Web Site, provided that you comply with this Agreement as set out in full. The materials of this Site are provided to you only for your private, non-commercial use. Certain services of this Site are available only to registered members of I2I Academy. By electing to purchase a subscription or register for a free trial of the I2I Academy School, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below in section 7 in the I2I Academy billing policy.
2. Term
This agreement will remain in effect for the entire time that you use the site and/or are a member and/or fee-based subscriber of I2I Academy. Termination of fee-based subscriptions is subject to the conditions set out in the I2I Academy checkout pages and billing policy. I2I Academy reserves the right to terminate your membership or subscription for any reason upon sending you emailed notice. If I2I Academy terminates fee-based subscription- either with or without notice- because you have breached this Agreement or failed to pay us for amounts owed for fee-based services, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your I2I Academy account, username and password. You agree to notify I2I Academy of any unauthorized use of your I2I Academy account.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information, including address, phone number and email address. I2I Academy often notifies members and subscribers of changes to the Site or listed subscription fees or special offers via email. I2I Academy is not responsible for information provided in these emails that do not reach a member or subscriber due to inaccurate information.
You are responsible for all charges associated with connecting to I2I Academy, including all telephone access charges, long distance charges where applicable, and services fees necessary to access the site. From time to time, I2I Academy will offer a trial subscription to its fee-based services. You are responsible for any of the aforementioned connection charges even during a trial subscription period.
Use of the site is at your own risk. I2I Academy is not responsible for any loss resulting from your using any of I2I Academy’s services, software, materials, audio or video files, content, or communications. I2I Academy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or Internet connection or any web site failure. Moreover, I2I Academy disclaims responsibility for any delay, error, omission, transmission failure, theft, alteration, destruction of or unauthorized access to user, member or subscriber communications. I2I Academy disclaims responsibility for the results or lack thereof in studying English at I2I Academy except as provided under the terms of the billing policy in regards to fee-based subscription services and refunds.
You are solely responsible for any content that you publish, display, or submit (hereafter post) to I2I Academy. By posting content to any public area of I2I Academy , you grant I2I Academy and its members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to copy, license, distribute, display, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, excerpt or otherwise use such public communication in all media. For more about public communication with I2I Academy, please read the section 5.
4. Use of I2I Academy.com content and Copyright policy
All materials of I2I Academy .com, including content, text, images, software, audio and video files, documentation, Email English and the Web Site remain at all time the sole property of I2I Academy .com or its suppliers. Such aforementioned materials are protected under international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not post, distribute, sublicense, translate or reproduce in any way any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other proprietary information without the prior express written consent of the I2I Academy.
5. Community forums, chats, message boards, pen pals, and email conduct
I2I Academy strives to create a global community of English language learners. As such, I2I Academy provides users with the ability to post messages, use chat rooms, and find English resources, such as pen pal correspondents, local English schools and job offers. You are solely responsible for the content of these messages as stated in section 3iii. In addition, by using these services, you agree to not publish, contribute or post any material that:
Contains content that is not original or for which you have not received the prior express written consent of the originator of said material.
Contains objectionable language or is in any way profane, pornographic, sexually explicit, slanderous or libelous.
Attempts to contact a fellow user of I2I Academy without explicit solicitation by that user.
Violates any viable rules, laws or regulations, or infringes on any rights of any third party.
Contains viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or incapacitate the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications.
Is considered “spanning,” such as chain letters, junk mail, or other solicitations.
Attempts to impersonate another person or breach the security of I2I Academy and its users.
The opinions and messages posted by users at I2I Academy do not reflect and are not representative of the views of I2I Academy or its employees, affiliates, suppliers or partners. I2I Academy is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users to other users they have located through I2I Academy. I2I Academy may remove any posted message at any time. The pen pal guide directory and the information contained therein represent proprietary information owned and maintained exclusively by I2I Academy. Using the directory for any purpose other than language learning correspondence between I2I Academy .com members is strictly forbidden.
6. Fees and payments
Certain materials and functionalist of the I2I Academy Web Site are available only through the purchase of an I2I Academy Program Subscription. Pursuant to section 3ii you are responsible for any charges associated with connecting to the Site. When you purchase a subscription or enter into a trial subscription, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the billing policy as set out in Section 7.
7. Billing policy for fee-based services at I2I Academy
You can always find current subscription prices posted in the checkout pages. Your subscription to The I2I Academy Program gives you access to all of I2I Academy ’s course services, including teacher-led voice and text discussions, patented game technology, University-certified curriculum and 37 courses ranging from Beginner to Advanced, Business to TOEFL preparation. As a registered student, you also have access to the community features in the I2I Academy club. By purchasing a subscription to the I2I Academy Program you agree to be bound to the following terms of the I2I Academy billing policy:
You agree to pay, via credit card or locally via offline methods currently accepted by I2I Academy, the monthly or lump sum subscription charges as set forth on the Site, any applicable VAT or taxes, or other fees associated with connecting to The I2I Academy Program. This may include a one-time introductory membership fee. I2I Academy reserves the right to change the subscription fees in effect or institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted on the site and emailed to current subscribers.

Persons purchasing an I2I Academy subscription are subject to the following terms and conditions if they pay with a credit card:
Monthly renewal: When your subscription expires, one month from the date of purchase, we will automatically charge your credit card and automatically renew your subscription each month unless you cancel your subscription prior to that date. If you take advantage of a promotional price and pay for several months up front, your subscription may not renew each month.
I2I Academy guarantees that every credit card transaction you make at I2I Academy is 100% secure.
Please note we sometimes offer cheaper monthly prices if you agree to subscribe for a certain number of months. If you elect to take advantage of one of these programs, you will be responsible for subscription fees for the minimum number of months specified. If you cancel before that, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All subscription fees are non-refundable after your free trial. If you decide to subscribe after the free trial, we require a minimum study period specified in the checkout pages. After that minimum period, you may cancel at any time.
In some places, we are able to offer offline payment options. Persons purchasing an I2I Academy subscription-either for themselves or as a gift-are subject to the following terms and conditions if they pay offline via any accepted method other than credit card:
When you pay for your subscription offline, you may choose the length of subscription you wish to purchase. Offline subscriptions (unless by credit card) do not automatically renew, so if you wish to continue learning after your initial subscription period is over, you must pay again, either online or offline.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for all subscription fees through the expiration date.
I2I Academy offers a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your course within the first 5freedays of your initial subscription, we'll refund your entire course fee.
Money-back guarantee is valid on non-credit card orders only while the free trial promotion is in effect.
Listed subscription fees do not include any VAT or other applicable taxes. You agree that we may include any or all of such taxes in your charges.
From time to time I2I Academy may offer a free trial of its fee-based subscription service. Trial subscriptions are subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to the billing policies laid out above:
Free trial is available only to first-time subscribers of I2I Academy’s teacher-led courses. If at any time previously you have had a teacher-led course at I2I Academy or a free trial of a teacher-led course, you are not entitled to the free trial. If you choose to sign up again, you will be charged immediately before you may reenter the school.
When you sign up for a free trial, I2I Academy will take your credit card number, but will not charge you for 7 days. You can cancel at anytime during that period and be charged nothing. If you do not cancel, after 7 days, I2I Academy will charge you the monthly subscription fee. Thereafter, you will be charged each month to ensure uninterrupted service. After initial enrollment, if your credit card expires, is cancelled, is lost, or rendered invalid, your subscription is in danger of termination. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to change your registration data. If your credit card is not successfully recharged and you are not renewed successfully, your subscription will be terminated.
As soon as we receive your order for a subscription with a free trial, you will receive immediate access to the school.
Those persons ordering a subscription offline without a credit card do not receive the free trial. However, if you pay for and activate your offline order within 7 days, you will receive an additional 7 days added onto the end of your subscription for free. As a member, you will be added to our mailing list to receive occasional emails about service information, special offers, and promotions from I2I Academy and other EF Education companies. Once you become a member, it also means that you automatically give consent to I2I Academy and other EF Education companies that all your images, comments, photos, videos or footage, etc, took during I2I Academy activities can be used by I2I Academy for promotional purpose in any and all media, including without limitation to advertising, solicitation or trade. v. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that we store on your computer's browser or hard drive. We use cookies to customize the site for your country and language. Our web site logs your computer's IP address and browser type, but we do not link this data to anything that can personally identify you. I2I Academy stores the email address in your personal file solely for the purpose of crediting you if your friend becomes a member.

Your recourse upon dissatisfaction with the modified terms of use is to cancel your membership or subscription by following the instructions set out above.
